Fontefire WF is a water-based, intumescent coating with the highest possible fire retardant properties on wood. When subjected to heat, Fontefire WF expands and forms an insulating layer of foam.

Fontefire WF has fire reaction class B-s1, d0, according to the standard EN 13501-1:2007+A1:2009, the highest possible for wood material.
One Product for Both Interior and Exterior Wooden Surfaces
Fontefire WF can be used both on exterior claddings and interior panels as part of fire protection paint systems.
Contains Film Preservatives
Contains fungicides and can be used directly on the wood surface, protecting it against mould, algae and other microbes. A separate wood preservative is not needed, which results in savings in production costs.
